- I am a graduate student at Webster University seeking my Masters degree in International Relations. I LOVE everything about my current program. The International Relations program here at Webster allows for the unique experience of taking on-line courses with student located all over the world and/or taking hybrid courses that allow for on-line classes combined with unique study-abroad opportunities such as this course.
